These Terms and Conditions of Use, referred to as the “Terms of Use”, are intended to provide the legal framework for the terms under which the services, website https://www.papatte.app, and mobile application Papatte (the “Service”) are made available by Softeos, and to define the conditions of access to and use of the services by the “User”.
These Terms of Use are accessible on the Service under the “Terms of Use” section.
Any registration for or use of the Service implies the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use, without reservation or restriction. When registering for the Service via the registration form, each User expressly accepts these Terms of Use: “By continuing, you confirm that you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions of Use.”
Softeos reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these Terms of Use at any time.
Article 1: Legal Notices
The website https://www.papatte.app and the Papatte mobile application are published by Julien Bajon, a sole proprietor operating under the trade name Softeos, registered under SIREN number 884 099 946, whose business address is: 26 bis avenue des Bourdies, 31880 La Salvetat-Saint-Gilles, France.
The host of the website https://www.papatte.app is Vercel Inc., a company incorporated under U.S. law, whose registered office is located at 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States.
Article 2: Access to the Service
The Service provides the User with free access to the following services:
A SaaS animal health record application intended for individual users (B2C).
The Service is accessible free of charge from any location to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the Service, including computer hardware, software, Internet connection, and similar costs, shall be borne by the User.
Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the Service, and subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance, shall not give rise to liability on the part of Softeos. In such cases, the User agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any interruption or suspension of the Service, even without prior notice.

Article 3: Data Collection
The Service ensures the collection and processing of the User’s personal information in compliance with privacy requirements, in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files, and civil liberties.
Pursuant to the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the processing of their personal data. The User may exercise this right:

Article 4: Intellectual Property
The trademarks, logos, signs, and all content of the Service, including texts, images, sounds, and similar materials, are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code and, more specifically, by copyright law.
The User must obtain prior authorization from Softeos for any reproduction, publication, or copying of the various content. The User undertakes to use the content of the Service strictly for private purposes. Any use for commercial or advertising purposes is strictly prohibited.
Any total or partial representation of the Service by any means whatsoever, without the express authorization of the Service operator, shall constitute infringement punishable under Article L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
In accordance with Article L.122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code, Users who reproduce, copy, or publish protected content must cite the author and source.
Article 5: Liability
The sources of the information published on the Service are deemed reliable, but Softeos does not guarantee that the Service is free from defects, errors, or omissions.
The information provided is presented for general informational purposes only and has no contractual value. Despite regular updates, Softeos cannot be held liable for changes in administrative or legal provisions occurring after publication. Likewise, Softeos cannot be held liable for the use or interpretation of the information contained on this Service.
The Service cannot be held liable for any viruses that may infect the Internet user’s computer or any computer equipment following use of, access to, or downloading from this Service.
The Service’s liability cannot be incurred in the event of force majeure or due to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.

The Terms of Sale define, in particular, the conditions for subscription, billing, payment, renewal, termination, and the User’s financial obligations.
The Terms of Sale form an integral part of this agreement.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Use, the User acknowledges having read the Terms of Sale and accepting them without reservation.
In the event of any contradiction between the Terms of Use and the Terms of Sale, the Terms of Sale shall prevail for provisions relating to paid services.
